Receipt code is the legal proof your vote was cast under PA Act 115 of 2022.
Homeowners verify their identity using Stripe Identity — the same regulated service banks use. Verification takes 90 seconds and only happens once per voter.
From any device. Each home casts one vote per ballot, per Pennsylvania law. Voters can change their selection any time before the ballot closes.
Every certified ballot produces a PDF audit packet with a SHA-256 hash chain of the inputs — anyone can verify the result wasn't altered after certification.
YourHOAVote handles the legal mechanics so the board can focus on the substance of each vote. The platform enforces notice timing (10–50 days per most state HOA acts), action-type thresholds (50% / 51% / 67% / 75% depending on the action), one-vote-per-lot eligibility, proxy validity, and receipt issuance. Currently in production at the Nevillewood HOA in Collier Township, Pennsylvania.
